Bringing your metabolism back to firing and learn how to burn fat again to set us up for an optimal fat loss phase.

Phase 2: Lose Fat

We are going to lose fat sustainably making it fit into your lifestyle with no restrictions or excessive cardio

Phase 3: Balance

We are going to get you out of the fat loss phase without gaining all your weight back and maintaining the progress you made but now you are eating more food!

MEET THE COACHES

Makena Romagnano

Head Coach + CEO

Hello! I am Makena Romagnano and the Founder of Team MPower. 

I started this coaching company in 2020 to serve women who were dealing with issues that previously got me stuck for years. Not only physcially, but mentally. 

Coming from a place of fear I got my first gym membership and started looking at nutrition tips online I was hooked. Fitness allowed me to express myself and be in complete control. 

Until it started to control me. My food was restrictive, I was in the gym everyday, and started losing who I was as a woman being a slave to my diet and exercise plan. 

 

My personal fitness journey has been through many iterations and have landed in a place where fitness and nutrition enhance my life and the women that i work with. We do not demonize foods, we focus on abudance. We do not punish with cardio, we focus on strength.  The relationship you have with yourself is the biggest indicator of success. 

The energy, time, and kindness you give to your whole being is exactly what you deserve to give and receive. It all goes hand in hand with fitness as the catalyst for a transformation. 

This program is something I rhave run through with my own life and always refining and making it better for my clients. This process is a fitness and nutrition program yes, but mindset is a heavy focus as well. If you get the body you want, but your mindset is still negative, you will not enjoy the body you have. 

You have one body and mind on this Earth, you deserve to be fkn proud of it.

Mallori Dike

Assistant Coach 

My passion and what I feel is my purpose in life is to help women step into the best version of themselves through health and fitness.. In school and growing up, I always played sports and was very active.

I started to enjoy lifting weights in college as a way to continue to challenge myself after high school sports ended. I've been lifting ever since, of course with some ups and downs (time off, injuries, etc)! 

In my own life and fitness journey, I struggled with binge eating, yo-yo dieting, doing hours of cardio each week with no results, letting the number on the scale define me, and never feeling comfortable in my own skin. During COVID/quarantine, I decided to take my knowledge of fitness and nutrition into my own hands and received my CPT through NASM. 

Around this same time, I also hired my first online fitness coach, and the results I've seen have been amazing! This showed me how much value online fitness coaching brings to other people, and this is what inspired me to become a coach myself. I've been coaching for almost 2 years, and I have completed more certifications to further my knowledge and bring more value to my clients. 

I love working on mindset myself, and with clients, to grow to our fullest potential. I am sooooo pumped to be here and help you level up.
